I’m Peter — a writer, researcher, and endurance runner who spends most of his time exploring how humans cooperate, learn, and build better systems together.
My interests range from evolutionary biology and mitochondrial health to collective intelligence, behavioural genetics, and the architecture of cooperation. These threads come together in the TPOCo framework, my long‑term project on how progress emerges when people align around shared purpose.
Outside of writing and research, you’ll usually find me running, analysing heart‑rate data, or experimenting with ways to make complex ideas easier to understand. I believe in clarity, curiosity, and the quiet discipline of building things that last.
